Power of Choice Newsletter - High School Edition Fall 2021

Parents of High School Students: Experiencing difficult feelings from challenging situations is a part of life. Yet, sometimes an adolescent displays signs of possible mental health concerns. With your teenager going through so many hormonal changes with moods and behaviors that seem to fluctuate daily, how does a parent decipher the difference? Jaime Horner, a social worker from Naperville Police Department, provides important information in the Fall 2021 newsletter, here: TheParent Post, High School Edition. Included is information about how students can uplift their school community by joining the Youth Advisory Committee.

The Power of Choice is a collaborative project led by 360 Youth Services in District 203 and 204 middle and high schools growing the number of students making healthy choices regarding substance use.
