Capture Your Digital Files Before Leaving Neuqua - Google Drive and Adobe Creative Cloud

Graduating seniors and transferring students will lose access to school files and logins during the summer.
Student files cannot be recovered after graduation or after a student leaves the district, so it is important than all transferring or graduating students capture any files for the future. Students who want to keep any files must capture those files before the end of the school year.

3. Most student files are saved in the cloud, but some specialized classes may have files saved locally in student drives. If a student has local files on a Neuqua desktop or laptop they should either upload these to Google Drive before transferring the files or bring in a flash drive to copy the files directly from the device.

COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic at Neuqua Valley High School - May 22

You may have recently heard that the FDA expanded the emergency use authorization for the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine to include adolescents 12 through 15 years of age.

District 203 and District 204 have collaborated with Osco pharmacy to host a COVID-19 vaccine clinic from 8 am to 6 pm on Saturday, May 22 at Neuqua Valley High School, 2360 95th St., Naperville.

Jewel/Osco pharmacists will be administering the Pfizer vaccine (approved for ages 12 and up), which requires two doses. Participants must be available on June 12 to receive the second dose. If a participant cannot make both dates, do not schedule an appointment.

Student participants under the age of 17 must have a parent/guardian complete the consent form prior to coming on-site that day. Please bring a form of identification with you on the day of the vaccine clinic.

For anyone 12 and older, please click here to schedule a vaccine appointment. Please feel free to share the link with anyone interested in receiving the vaccine.

Integrated Pest Management Notification

INDIAN PRAIRIE COMMUNITY UNIT SCHOOL DISTRICT #204
Indian Prairie School District 204
1250 Shore Rd.
Naperville, IL 60564

Dear Parent, Guardian or Staff Member:

Public Acts 91-0099 and 91-0525 mandate Integrated Pest Management (IPM) for Illinois public schools.  IPM manages pest damage with the least possible hazard to people, property and the environment; including judicious use of pesticides.  In this context, “pesticide” includes insecticide, herbicide, rodenticide, and fungicide.

IPM provides parents/guardians or staff members with prior notice of herbicide application.  Please be aware that on Wednesday May 12th, weather permitting, a weed control application will applied to the baseball infields, mulched areas, courtyards, playground, tree rings, fenced areas, fence lines, and bleacher pads at Neuqua Valley High School and Freshmen campus property. This application will be a “Post-Emergent”. We match herbicide and application procedures to our school environment.  All are approved for school use, and are an important part of buildings and grounds maintenance. Typically, this application will not present a health concern to students or staff.  However, it is the intent of IPM to allow those with special sensitivity to take appropriate precautions:  in the case of children, as determined by a parent or guardian.

If you have further questions, please call my office at (630) 428-6005.

Sincerely,
Sean Jones
