Remote Learning Technology Support

Technology updates from the district to support remote learning.

Chromebook Repair/Items needed – Parents, Teachers and/or students should submit an email to support@ipsd.org Preference is for the parent to submit the request.

Email access for students - If they have forgotten their District (email, Google, etc.) password they can reset it using the SSO portal on any device.
Students can also use their Chromebooks to reset their passwords 
Parents can retrieve their child’s password if it was forgotten by using Home Access Center. A step-by-step guide is available.
If they have forgotten their Home Access Center password, you can reset it by clicking the “Forgot My Username or Password” link.
If parents or students get stuck they can submit a Support Ticket for assistance at https://support.ipsd.org.
