Neuqua Valley HS PTSA needs to raise extra dollars to cover the financial costs associated with some of the experiences that our students have come to love. Therefore, we are hosting a unique fundraiser which we are very excited to share with you.

We have been given the opportunity to fundraise with CoZzzy Comfy, The Bed Sheet Fundraising Company. This is a wonderful opportunity to buy a deluxe 1800 thread count bed sheet sets for $40 (retails for $125+).
Our goal is to have all families sell 5 sets – although the more the better!! Please help us reach our goal!

Attached is an order form that you can use to collect orders. Once you obtain those orders, there are two options for submitting your order.

Option 1 - Online Ordering: Ask customers to make checks payable to you. Go online at www.cozzzycomfy.com and place your full order.

  • If you have sold 12 or more sets of sheets, CoZzzy Comfy will ship sheets directly to your home within 3-5 business days. (No shipping charge will be incurred.)
  • If you have sold less than 12 sets, you can choose to have:
    • sheets shipped directly to you within 3-5 business days. (You will incur a shipping charge.)
    • sheets shipped to the school for later pickup. (No shipping charge will be incurred.)

Our online code is: Neuqua Valley PTSA Q4.

Due date for online ordering and for turning in order forms is Dec 6.
Late orders will be accepted but delivery by the winter break is not guaranteed.

There is a bonus for you - for every 15 sets of sheets that you sell, you will receive your own free set!!!

Please know that the sheets are 100% money-back guaranteed. CoZzzy Comfy will refund your money if you do not like the sheets, although we are confident that you will love them.

Integrated Pest Management Notification

INDIAN PRAIRIE COMMUNITY UNIT SCHOOL DISTRICT #204
Indian Prairie School District 204
3003 West 103rd Street
Naperville, IL 60564

Dear Parent, Guardian or Staff Member:

Public Acts 91-0099 and 91-0525 mandate Integrated Pest Management (IPM) for Illinois public schools.  IPM manages pest damage with the least possible hazard to people, property and the environment; including judicious use of pesticides.  In this context, “pesticide” includes insecticide, herbicide, rodenticide, and fungicide.

IPM provides parents/guardians or staff members with prior notice of a Fertilizer application.  Please be aware that on Friday, November 08, 2019, weather permitting a fertilizer application will be applied to athletic fields at Neuqua Valley High School. This application will be a fertilizer application. We match application procedures to our school environment.  All are approved for school use and are an important part of buildings and grounds maintenance. Typically, this application will not present a health concern to students or staff.  However, it is the intent of IPM to allow those with special sensitivity to take appropriate precautions:  in the case of children, as determined by a parent or guardian.

If you have further questions, please call my office at (630) 428-6005.

Sincerely,
Andrew Weed
