On Monday, June 9, Lou Malnati’s, downtown Naperville, will be celebrating the youth of Naperville by generously donating 20 % of their sales (both restaurant and take-out) to support KidsMatter’s goal of reducing at-risk behaviors by building resilient kids who say not to destructive choices. 2014-15 Course Verification

It is that time of year for our students to review their course requests for the 2014-2015 school year. This can be done through the Home Access Center (HAC) by clicking on the schedule link. This verification indicates the courses your student will take next year; it is not your student’s daily schedule. You will receive access to the finalized schedule in August through the HAC.

Important Information regarding Course review:

  • If your first elective was not available, it was replaced with your second or third elective choice.
  • If there is an error: (e.g. should have Geometry but have Algebra) contact your counselor immediately.
  • If you want to request a change of elective:
  • Obtain a Request for Schedule Change form from your Class House or click this link to print one.
Elective Course Change Form
Fill it out completely and return it to your class house WITH a parent/guardian signature. Deadline for submitting a change request is May 30th.

Level placements in core classes were completed on January 31st and will not be part of the change request process at Neuqua Valley. We will however speak with families that have a level concern if an extenuating circumstance has interrupted their academic journey. Contact the appropriate department chair for review by May 30th.

Power of the Freshman Year

Please be aware that several elements affect our course availability. New enrollments, schedule changes because of summer school courses, and course balancing for reasonable class sizes are some of the factors we must take into account. Our goal is to have each of our students in the classes he or she requested for next year.
Thank you for your partnership and your patience with this process. Your student final schedule will be available for viewing in HAC in mid-August.

Submitted requests will be processed on a SPACE-AVAILABLE basis.
